- Markets sit near recent highs as we enter the last trading session of the week
- As the forecast continues to look cold right through April the grain prices continue to rise to keep encouraging farmers that ‘even though its cold – as soon as you have the opportunity get corn and beans in the ground!’
- Export demands seem to be slowing into the spring – which is typical for this time of the year
- March NOPA Soybean crush number came in at 178 million bu – slightly below estimates but up from Februarys 155.2 million bu
- Scattered rains across Brazil’s safrinha corn crop will offer limited relief to the overall dry crop
