• NOPA April soybean crush numbers came in below expectations at 160.3 million bu (168.7 million expected), also down from 178 million in March and 171 million last April

  • Corn planting 80% complete – still ahead of 5 year average of 68% planted 
  • Soybean planting reached 61% complete – again ahead of average pace of 37% complete
  • Winter wheat conditions fell a point to 48% good/excellent compared to average ratings of 53% g/e
