- Markets working to win back some of last weeks losses this morning
- Weekend rains were good, but not as widespread as we had hoped, and with a continued hot dry forecast over the next two weeks there is still plenty of concern circulating about the impacts of the dryness over the key pollination period through July
- Junes NOPA soybean crush numbers came in slightly higher than expected at 164.7 million bu on Friday, down from May’s number but still higher than last June at 152.4 million bu
- Talks about some potential U.S. wheat sales to Egypt are helping to support wheat this morning – however still no sales reported as of yet
- We will continue to closely monitor weather patterns as overall the U.S. crop remains on the dry side
