• Old crop corn and beans continue to drive grains higher on export optimism.
  • Inspections for corn, wheat and soybeans for overseas delivery, since the start of their marketing year, are all up on an annual basis.
• Soybean harvest across the northern half of Brazil has been in high gear since Feb 8th with the below normal rainfall.
• The wheat markets continues to be susceptible to headline risk as peace talks in the Black Sea region take place, along with additional military strikes by both Ukraine and Russia.
• Extreme cold weather to continue in the Central US.  Snowfall across parts of the Central Plains on Tuesday is easing some concerns with the sub zero temperatures for the wheat.
• Europe delayed deforestation requirements for commodity imports by a year.
• Tensions escalate between Trump and Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky.
• President Trump has added lumber to it threatened new 25% tariff list.
