  • Corn, beans, and wheat are all trading in the green this morning. 
  • USDA Quarterly Report
    • No big surprises in either the prospective plantings or grain stocks. Corn acreages were slightly higher then the trade estimates, soybean and wheat acres were pegged slightly lower then the trade guess. Corn and soybean stocks saw no change, while wheat saw a slight increase.

  • Export Inspections
    • Corn export inspections saw 63.6mbu shipped, Mexico and Japan being the top buyers. 
    • Soybean inspections saw a total of 29.15mbu shipped on the week, a 7.5% drop from last week, but higher than last year at this time. China being the largest buyer, 78.4% of total exports of the week are heading there. 
    • Wheat met expectations for the week, though now 2% below the needed pace. Mexico and South Korea being the top buyers for the week.
