- Grain futures are mixed coming out of the long weekend.
- A rally in soyoil futures offering beans slight support.
- Corn and wheat futures decline on improving US and world weather.
- Chinese winter wheat areas have been suffering from drought but forecasted rainfall is expected within the next 10 days.
- US crops are off to a favorable start. Cool temperatures are expected for another 5 days, giving way to a warming trend that starts on Sunday. HRW wheat areas caught some rain over the weekend and the forecast offering additional precipitation for Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas.
- President Trump has agreed to extend the EU tariff deadline until July 9th.
